Two printing methods of printing machine

The printing press is divided into gravure printing and letterpress printing.

Letterpress: the advantages are environmental protection of printing ink, low cost of plate making, low cost of electricity and printing ink, and printing of various materials, such as film, paper, non-woven fabric, woven bag and other coil printing and printing materials. Different configurations are different. (At present: the development trend of letterpress machine is better)

The disadvantage is that the printing film is not as bright as intaglio, and it is easy to flash when it is not operated well.

Gravure: The advantage is that it is an expert in printing films, with good results. High-end gravure printing machines can automatically register with computers, with fast printing speed, easy operation and quick operation.

Disadvantages are high electricity cost, too long unit, big ink taste and high plate-making cost.
